The ‘Crouching Tiger – Hidden Naggin’ drinking culture amongst Irish youth who are binge drinking cheap alcohol has to end, according to Ireland South MEP Sean Kelly has called on the government to introduce minimum alcohol pricing.

Ireland South MEP Sean Kelly will host a Cyber-Bullying Forum in Limerick on September 27th, in order to raise awareness and inspire action to prevent online bullying.

The European Parliament has directed Norway to remove the harmful import duties of up to 429% it has imposed on certain agricultural products which are damaging EU trade, by a majority vote in Parliament this week, according to Ireland South MEP Sean Kelly.

“Irish Mobile phone users will enjoy even cheaper mobile roaming charges from Monday, July 1st thanks to the latest reductions to be enforced under EU rules,” Sean Kelly MEP said.

Seán Kelly MEP (Ireland South) has welcomed today’s political agreement on the EU’s €960 billion Multi-annual Financial Framework (MFF), securing billions of euros of funds for education, training and science programmes.
